Sam didn't answer, walked over to the edge of the building and crouching down to examine the streets below.

Petra sighed and smiled. She walked over to the edge and crouched down next to Sam.

"You're like a shadow," Sam said to Petra. "Following me everywhere."

"Oh," Petra started, "I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to." She quickly stood up. "I can leave if you want me to," she said turning to leave.

Dominicus walked into the room, his face held up high. There was obvious pleasure at being called in by Pantera. "Yes milady?" He asked as he came over towards her, staying near a wall about three feet away from her.

The little messanger boy whispered that Athens wished to see her.

"Oh," Petra sighed. "It's just that I like being around you is all."

Pantera looked at her advisor. "Dominicus, we are falling behind the other two clans. We need to assess and find one or two possible recruits for spies," she said emotionlessly.

"Okay. That's fine. Just, back off some," Sam muttered, watching the street.

"Ok," Petra said quietly. She crouched back down about 5 feet from Sam.

Sam went back to her silent self, keeping her eyes on the street.

"Hey," Petra started, "want to do some combat training? I know I could use it since we haven't seen any action in weeks."

All of a sudden, a shining form appeared next to them. "Sorry to break it up, but please report to the mission room. I've got a little something for you." came the voice of Lazarus.

Sam grinned, "Be right there.." She hopped off the edge of the building, landing on her feet easily. Sam started rushing back.

Dominicus nodded his head, and then looked down at his scroll he kept with him. "There's a number of possible spies, however most are..." He trailed off. "Already deployed." Then he whispered a word or two and the scroll shimmered. "Perhaps spies wouldn't be the best milady. What about an assault? If we capture one or two of their troops we could interrogate them." He suggested.

"YES!" Petra yelled. She quickly followed Sam. "It's about time we got a mission! Don't you think Sam?"

"I see what your getting at Dominicus, if the other two clans already have-" she stopped and thought for a moment. "You know Dominicus, you may be right. I want you to go after the Technomages and capture one of their spies."

Sam grinned and went through the front doors of the building, heading toward the mission room. "Yeah."

Sce nodded and closed her door. She grabbed a couple of knives and a gun. Opening the ventalation she climbed into the shaft. Making her way to Athen's quarters. She opened the shaft. She dropped down silent. Closing it back up she sat down in a chair waiting for Athen to turn around.

"I wonder what we get to do this time," she said. "Hopefully nothing in the Mage's land," she said aloud.

Kendel walked into the mission room. First thing he did was navigate his way to a dark corner. From there all you could make out was his outline and blue eyes.

Domincus nodded, trying not to smile that Pantera had gone with his plan. "Right away milday." He said, dipping his head and then turning around to leave. Once out her door, he turned towards the information hub to find some liable soldiers to send on the capture mission.

Athens rolled her eyes, turning around. "You know, for once you could use the front door. No need to sneak around here." She said, not bothering to hide the small smile on her face as she gazed at her spy. "Now then, you've got a job. I need you to get into this mage controlled village." She pressed a button on her desk, a small hologram coming up. "There's supposed to be a shipment of valuable spell tomes coming in two days to this village checkpoint. We cannot let them get their hands on those spells. We have no use of them though, so get in, and blow that shipment skyhigh and get out." The technician leader ordered.
