Fall Den

I trot into the den and lay the fish on the ground. I then tear a chunk of meat from it and chew quickly. Then leaving it there I chase after Lunar.

Stumbling over Lunar I fall. On my back I nip at her paws. Then get up and take off to get the fish. Once its in my mouth I taunt Lunar with it.

I yank my head back trying to get the fish out of her mouth.

I wiggle my head back and forth but then the fish slips from my mouth. I bite trying to get it back.

I run to Artemis and try to pick up the fish but miss it and barely avoid hitting Artemis.

I laugh and run up to Lunar. Exhausted I look out at the fish.

I stare at Lunar. "Fine, but I dont mind the rain" I say a bit shy. I take a step outside. But without another step I turn on Lunar and tackle her rolling on the floor. "Got ya" I yell playfully.

I run over to Lunar and circle her. I then take off for the fish. I run outside and let the rain soak my fur. I grab the fish and run back in shaking off at the entrance.

I swish my tail back and forth trying to tickle Lunar.

I laugh and get up. I walk to the entrance to see how the weather is.

The rain patters lightly on the leaves. The night world goes on with its life. "Do you see that" I whisper almost reverently to Lunar. I point my muzzle in the direction of the moon. It glistens in the night full and round. It shines brightly. "That is us. We are one with the moon." With that said I decide to sleep. I pass by Lunar and nod to her. "You pups play quietly. I am going to sleep" I go to the corner of the den and lay down. I rap my tail around me. The pattering of the rain lulls me to sleep.

Khora ducked swiftly under a large fern as the rain began to pick up. She growled to herself, her fur was not good at keeping water out after a point. To much and she would be freezing down to the bone. Khora sniffed, the rain hadn't washed away the hare trail yet. She chased after it, sending clumps of mud in the air every few seconds. She jumped over a tree stump, landed with a quiet thud and the hare took off for the undergrowth. She growled and chased the hare the best she could. Soon she had it caught and was padding around, looking for Dex, catching anything else as she went along.

I jump over a fallen log. A hare darts out and I pounce on it making a clean kill. I sniff the air and catch up with Khora. Once I do "Let's go home and rest" I say.

I come stumbling into the den on my weak legs and go right up to Lunar with a worried expression on my face "LUNAR! Who are these people?" I ask licking her muzzle "You worried me!" I lay down panting on the floor and roll over on my back starting to doze off from weariness "I have been following you all day I lost you for a while but found you here" I say sleepily "I think I will fall asleep" I say curling up next to Lunar and falling asleep
