Aubrey felt the pain leave. Her auburn hair now a deep red. the scars from arrows and knife cuts and her ever staying bite mark. She couldnt see herself like she used to be... mean to lower ranks embarrassed around Logan.... that all changed when they headed for Jessies last relative and ended up saving a very sick Logan only to die and come back to life. She felt horrible though. Due soon to have a baby and she couldnt help around camp except sit with Heather and Shaylee talking about the journey and what happened afterwards and how corbin left for the mountains to his family. Played Majhong with the kids and disgusting what the baby should shift into. "It should be a lynx or bobcat!" said a little kid "Or a wolf like Logan." saud another. Aubrey didnt see much of Logan but figured he was busy she hasnt heard from Jessie or Keith in a while. Till the rumors started she felt safe now she was scared and knew she would kill all the humans in this camp. 'We're going excit! We need to kill them off and let them die off!' she told herself. Oh how she wished she could but was weighed down by her baby.

Jessie prowled on the branches. Before they could see she was near, Jessie had pounced on a tall man, he had the appearance of a leader. His golden armor gleaming in the sunlight that filtered in from the leaves of fall. Jessie knew that taking out the leader would cripple the humans and give her time to report back to the Alpha. She had her fangs deep in the leaders jugular. The man's arms flailed, and he fell limp. "TUCHANGA!" A man yelled, and brought a spear down at Jessie's head. To fast for him, Jessie moved away, and the tip of the spear went right through the dead leader. Jessie sprinted off into the forest towards the village with hope. They weren't so tough! But her mind would quickly be changed. Something ripped through her left leg. She fell with a loud yelp and shifted human. "Got one!" A vile man laughed, emerging from the bushes, a sword sheth on his hip. Gold armor like the leader. "You thought the Tuchanga was the leader?" He laughed, having Jessie pinned by the hip with a sword. "You were quite wrong." Jessie's eyes grew wide, and she tried to punch at him, but the only thing she could hit was the thick armor. "A fiesty cat huh." The man laughed, pulling another sword from his hip. "Lets see how long you last against this here blade. It's known for it powers against shapeshifters..." He slowly raised it into the air. Fear and adrenaline shot through Jessie, the blade coming down, she screamed.

Alex heard the scream and she dropped the bag of apples and took off running toward it in a panic. She ran full speed toward the forest then shifted into her fox form and used her good ears to lead her toward Jessies' scream. Alex hoped that she wouldn't be too late.

"Shut yer trap!" The leader ordered, slapping Jessie across the face. She cringed, and looked up at him defiantly. She screamed again, trying to call for help. She knew that as a panther, she would be in a worse situation, unable to move to fight him well. The leader slapped her once more, only this time with the back of his hand. The steel knuckles dug into her cheek, making Jessie gasp and panic again. There was a good bit of her left cheek now missing. He placed a hand on her mouth and raised the sword.

Alex snarled, shifted into human form, pulled the knife from her belt, jumped on the man's back, and slashed his throat open. She pulled his head backward, exposing his neck, and stuck the knife right into the side of neck, covering Alex in the man's blood.

Jessie smiled at the sight of Alex, no matter how grizzly the scene was. "ALEX!" She would have jumped up, but the sword was still in her hip. Now with time, she tried to free herself, only to find that her arms were just to short. "Um... Could you give me hand... or a hip...." She said to Alex.

Alex looked at the man's dead body with disgust. She pulled the knife from his neck and put it back on her belt and said, "Sorry if this hurts.." She pulled the sword from her leg, dropped it on the ground, then helped Jessie up with caution.

Jessie didn't flinch as the sword was removed. "Thanks..." She tried to stand. "Darn it... The sword went through my hip. Do you think you could help me back?" She asked Alex. "There's a human army on its way to the village."

Alex nodded and said, "Of course, I can help." She lifted Jessie up and held her arm around her shoulder, supporting her weight for her. Alex started heading back toward the village.

"They weren't all that far behind us. Maybe if we can get a message to them...." She trailed off, spotting gleaming armor. "Leave me behind." She demanded.

Alex looked at Jessie like she was crazy, "No! Are you crazy? I'm not leaving you behind! Come on, we aren't that far away now." She pulled Jessie onto her back and started jogging toward the village.

Jessie shook her head. "I'll be fine, they are heading straight towards the village. STOP THEM AND WARN THE ALPHA BEFORE ITS TO LATE!" She argued, trying to free herself from Alex's grip. "I'm not going to die here, but some of the villagers might if they don't get the warning in time!"

Alex argued back, "I'm not leaving you behind!" The village was now in sight and she managed to run with Jessie on her back, refusing to leave her.

Logan shook his head he couldnt sit here forever reliving the pain. He got up and changed into his armor. He had a troop of his own that he led and it was practice time.

Jessie growled. "YOU'RE TO SLOW! WE WON'T MAKE IT IN TIME! I'LL BE FINE! NOW WARN THE VILLAGE BEFORE ITS TO LATE!" She pushed free, rolling limply on the forest floor. "WARN THEM!"

Jessie slumped over, I have to help somehow... She thought and looked around. She began crawling, pulling herself forward with her hand and one working leg. A large tree that was slumped over was her target, there was the sword still around and it could possibly stall the humans. She hefted up the sword with a groan and swung it into the tree, trying to hack it down.

Alex ran to the Alpha's door and pushed the door open, not caring to knock. "A Human Army Is Coming straight for the village!"

The tree groaned, and then fell, cries of alarm ran from below. Just in time.... Jessie sighed with relief. It would take them a while to get all their weapons and themselves over the extremely large and thick tree. She laid down, feeling so much pain from her hip. "I think I should... should... rest now...." She whispered, her head falling to the side in the grass and leaves. A pool of blood had been trickling from her hip, she only now felt its warmth. She fell into sleep, a dark one.

Roza saw Jessie and immediately ran over to her. It was time to make her appearance in the village because otherwise Jessie wouldn't make it, She picked Jessie up and ran toward the village. "Heather, Logan, someone please help it's Jessie she's injured...it's the humans."

Logans armor clanked as he ran to Roza. He grabbed Jessie in his arms and ran towards the doctors. "Come on" He yelled over his shoulder to Roza.

Logan layed Jessie on the doctors table. He looked anxiously at the doctor then turned to Roza. He hugged her. "Thankyou" He whispered and pulled back.

Roze nods polietly. "You welcome. I should go before the rest of the village knows I'm here." She wheels around unsteadily on her foot.

Jessie let out a groan of pain, her eyes flashing under her eyelids.

The humans had managed to get over the tree by the time Jessie was in the hosiptal. Without their leader or the second in command, they were a little uncertain of how to take out the village. The humans began to form a blockade to all the paths out of the village.
