Ash flicked her ears in amusement as she watched them leave. She stood up and licked the blood from her muzzle before trotting off quickly.

"Yeah, I'll be fine. Just as long as I don't do anything stupid." He responded, padding on through a bush. Scents flooded his senses, prey and wolf. Fresh and old. And then a stark new one. "Raffiel..." A deep voice called out from behind him. "Dad?" Raffiel turned around, only to see that Xavier wasn't there. "Dang it..." He snarled, feeling so foolish as to have imagined his dad. "Such an idiot."

She was getting worried she smelled a scent unbeknownst to her. She heard what Raffiel said. "Raffy, is this your dads scent I smell because I do not know it."

He looked back at her, a little frustrated that she was still following him. "No, that's not his." He said tightly, walking after a hare scent instead.

"Just ignore it. It's probably Ash's sense she's been gone so long. Probably changed over time." He responded, stalking after the hare, the sight of its little den hole was just up ahead, nestled between the roots of a tree.

Belle sighed. "Ok," she said in a small voice. She looked down and followed.

Lunar got back to the summer den and hurried inside. she glanced at Erebus, then looked around for Jay.

Erebus opened his eyes just a tad, narrowing them at Lunar. He suppressed a growl, and the urge to lunge and attack her. But the distance between them kept him rooted to his feet. So instead he rolled over again, curling his tail around his nose and returning to sleep.

"Where are we?" Lazarus asked, looking around in wonder and amazement. "Are we in Heaven, daddy?" asked Checker. "I don't know," his father replied. "I don't know."

Raffiel gave them a look of confusion. "No, you're far from it." He responded, padding on past them with a hint of annoyance. Such weirdos. He thought harshly, scowling back at them. "You're at my pack's summer den site. Its just ahead through these bushes." Without waiting he went on through, and into the clearing.

Bo-Bo was woken by Lunar's entry. He grumbled and, half asleep, scooted over to Erebus, and curled up next to him. He didn't really realize he had done it, and fell back asleep. It had been getting colder and a few leaves were starting to turn from green of Spring and Summer to the many varieties of Autumn leaves.

Raffiel padded across the den clearing and then wagged his tail the moment he saw Lunar. "Lunar!" He barked, laughing with joy. He instantly forgot about the wolves he had been leading and ran over after her, nuzzling her with a passion. "Where'd you go? I came back from hunting and you were just gone." He said, the worry he'd felt flashing in his eyes.

Belle padded up quickly as well. "Yeah, and where is Echo? Do you know?"

Lunar smiled widely, taken somewhat by surprise from Raffiel suddenly being there. "Khora took us to the desert forest. It's a long story." She looked at Belle and answered, "Echo is with Khora still."

Raffiel's tail began wagging. "That's cool. I'm glad you're back..." He drifted off as he thought, tail slowing down. "Wait. Why aren't you with them?" He quirked his head to the side as the thought filled his head.

Lunar's ears fell back and she said quietly, "Me and Khora had a... Disagreement. So I left."

Raffiel whimpered, obviously concerned. "Nothing to bad I hope?" He said hopefully, ears pulled back in disbelief. They never fight... He thought. Well until recently... I hope things will be fine.

Lunar smiled at Raffiel and licked his chin, "It'll be fine. Everyone has arguments or disagreements every once in a while." Though she knew this time was different."

Kashtin and Zephyr had started playing a game vaguely resembling Marco Polo. Zephyr smartly barked into the den, the echos confusing his brother who had his eyes closed.

Lunar turned her attention to Belle and said calmly, "Oh. No, I don't. I don't think they'll be gone for much longer, though."
