Fall Den

Watching Khora's pups feed reminded Ayalilla that her pups were on their own. She ran back to them, and saw they were still sleeping. She sighed, relieved that they were safe, and curled around them.

Holo giggled. "There's pups EVERYWHERE these days. What are we going to do when they all grow up? We'll have the biggest pack EVER! Probably..."

Askuwheteau smiled at Holo's comment. "Very funny."

Shine had fallen asleep watching Khora and the pups, and Crescent was sitting next to her, looking all around.

Bo-Bo had been watching Erebus from a distance. He wasn't very happy because Erebus had been growing closer to Khora and her pups. 'Why can't stupid Blaze just stay with his mate? Then Erebus wouldn't be growing so close to stupid Khora. Then maybe he'd remember who's his REAL ally. Maybe... Maybe he'd... Oh, whatever. Let him do whatever the heck he wants!' he thought angrily.
"I wonder..." Asku said in his gentle way. "If anybody would like to hear a story... I just remembered a particularly good one."

Zephyr's ears perked up, and he dashed over to the newest wolf in the pack. He was early old. "I'd like to hear a story!"
Kashtin padded over to his brother. "I guess I'll listen."

Holo rolled over to Asku. "Hmmm... I swear I've seen you before somewhere."
"I was in your pack a few years back. I was a young male back then. Had my sister and brother with me, but they died. They're still around hear somewhere, though. I know it. I can almost hear my brother's ridiculous laugh." He mimicked it, and sniffed. "Never liked that laugh."
Holo's eyes widened. "I laugh like that! Maybe we're related." she looked him over. "Nope. Nevermind. Me and my sister look nothing like you. Will you tell your story now?"

Raffiel turned his gaze at where Asku was looking. "Really?" He asked, sniffing the air. There was a faint scent of hare... and... "Yeah you're right. I smell 'em to!" Raffiel said, jumping up to stand. His hackles raised as he prepared to protect the pack's smallest and newest members.

Desiree gulped, They've noticed me! Quickly she grabbed her hare and dashed into the woods. Her lithe body moved swiftly, she'd grown accustomed with the woods around here during her short stay between traveling. Without hesitating she ducked into a crevice in the woods, and pressed her ginger pelt against the cool grey stone and the warm brown earth in an attempt to hide.

"Bo-Bo, go after her!" Erebus ordered him, wanting to get up and do that himself. "She could be a spy, what if she's taken notice that we have pups? Quickly before she might return to a pack and bring their full fury down upon us!" He urged Bo-Bo on.

Bo-Bo nodded, and did as Erebus said. He managed to follow her until he saw Bell. "Do you know where they went?"
(lol usually everyone's all chilled out when there's new wolves. )

Raffiel shook his head, "No we need to be here incase she's not alone." The wolf decided. He was looking around, scenting the air, but only her scent was hanging in the air.

Desiree's heart was beating so fast in her chest, Don't see me, don't see me, please don't see me...! Were the only thoughts running through her terrified head. They're going to see me! So she took the chance, and dashed down the crevice utill it sloaped back up to the forest floor. She sprinted, moving even faster now that she'd left the hare in the crevice behind her. Paws thrumping on the leaf littered ground, she burst out of the trees into a small clearing.
